Opening orders start at $250. Reorders start at $200. Products are sold in case packs of six. Wholesale unit prices are 50% of the catalog’s suggested retail prices.

Testers may be purchased at half the wholesale unit price. On orders over $500, you may request free testers. Add your requests to the order form notes.

Shipping is calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Orders ship from Hawkins, Texas. Orders over $750 may qualify for free shipping, excluding custom orders. Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days or longer depending on order size. Custom orders require at least 30 days.

Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping, any applicable tax, and paid testers are confirmed separately from the order form’s merchandise total.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within five business days of delivery. We don’t accept returns, but please reach out if there’s an issue so we can help.
