TO USE: Scoop 1–2 tablespoons onto damp skin using clean, dry hands or a dry utensil. Massage gently in circular motions, paying extra attention to rough areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Use two or three times weekly, or whenever your skin feels rough and under-caffeinated.
