Reviews of Some All Natural Compadres
Hi, moonies! How many of you struggle to find natural beauty products that don’t irritate your skin?! When it comes to things like deodorant and makeup products, I am always looking for real ingredients and gentle products. Recently, I reached out to Seraphine Botanicals as well as Meow Meow Tweet to try products in the hopes that we will be a great match and sell some of their products in our shop! I am going to review some of the products I have tried of both brands so that you guys can check them out (and hopefully in the future, snag some of their goodies in the shop)!
Product 1: Seraphine Botanicals Cherry Rose + Nectar - Replenishing Body & Face Serum
You guys. I put this stuff all over my face and body. It has sweet cherry, sweet almond, and raspberry seed oils, plus a boatload of vitamins that deeply penetrate and hydrate your skin while also making you smell like a delicious fruit + flower cocktail. It doubles as a face and a body serum, so really, it is a win win win win?
Product 2: Meow Meow Tweet Baking Soda Free Deodorant Cream in Grapefruit
Okie, let’s be honest. We have all tried a natural deodorant and had the highest hopes, only to smell like full B.O. + a dash of lavender at the end of the day . . . not tight. Let me tell you. This natural deodorant worksss. Yes, you have to actually touch your armpit to put this on and it is not an anti-perspirant, so you can feel yourself sweating throughout the day, but you will not smell—WHICH IS THE MAIN POINT, RIGHT? A+ on this bad boy. Truly, the first time that I can say an all-natural deodorant worked for me.
Product 3: Seraphine Botanicals Yuzu + Snow - Snow Mushroom Highlighting Cream
Oh my heavens, I don’t think I have ever loved a highlighter this much. This highlighting cream has snow mushroom extract in it that absolutely melts on your skin; plus, it is a pale, rose gold color that gives your skin a sun-kissed look as well as a dewy one. It also has yuzu and pear extracts, so it smells a lil fruity. I’m obsessed. Ask anyone. BRB, squeezin this tube on my entire existence.
Product 4: Meow Meow Tweet Face Mask
I love our MRN face masks SO MUCH, but that didn’t stop this little lady from joining my shelf of regularly-used products. This face mask has a list of super-simple ingredients like French pink clay, pumpkin powder, and sweet orange peel oil. I will gladly get called Mars Face by all my friends while wearing this mask since afterwards, I will have the smoothest face on this side of the galaxy. This mask makes your skin feels amazing. Plus, how cute and eco-friendly is their packaging?!
Product 5: Seraphine Botanicals Dandelion + Skin – Tinted Primer
A vegan, all-icky-free tinted primer? A first. The reason I love this so much is that it is a primer, but it is very slightly tinted and has micro-beads that burst when you blend it into your skin to create a full-coverage, natural looking color. Not gonna lie—the micro-beads scared me real bad when I first tried this product. They are red; I was shocked. After blending in, though, wowza. I use this stuff every day without applying any type of base over it. Don’t you love a product that makes you feel better about your skin while actually helping it? This tinted primer has dandelion and gotu kola extracts, safflower seed oil, and pore-tightening bentonite clay. All the good stuff.
So, there you have it, moonies. I reviewed these, but I really didn’t have anything bad to say ahaha. All that I hope is that this inspires you to branch out and try some of these companies’ products. If you do, please let us AND them know what you think! Stay tuned—I will try to do a monthly product review of new things we are testing out! Fun fun fun.
All my love,
