During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

 

 

 

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority / Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

✨ Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).

Promotions may change at any time and will be clearly reflected at checkout.

 

 


Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


 

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

 

Moon Rivers Naturals is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it once received — additional shipping charges will apply.
  • If a package is marked as delivered to the address provided but is not received, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
  • If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shiphappens@moonriversnaturals.com. While we will do our best to help, address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

 

 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 

We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.

 

 

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States, including supported U.S. territories.

 

International shipping is not available at this time.
