SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How soon can I expect my order? 
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We hand make, hand package, and hand ship every order which means sometimes that may take a couple extra days. Please expect your order within 5-10 days of ordering. If you need an item by a certain date and think you need to get it rushed email us at info@moonriversnaturals.com to see if a quicker ship date is possible. 
HELP! I just tracked my order and it's saying it's lost. 
Oh no! Email shiphappens@moonriversnaturals.com and give us a heads up. We will keep in touch with you and make sure you get your order. If it is lost please file a claim with your post service and we will send you replacements. 
You will need to call USPS or UPS and file a claim. 
My order hasn't shipped yet... 
Thanks for ordering with us! Since our products are handmade, hand packaged, and hand shipped, we ask for a 3-5 business days before receiving a shipping notification. If it has been longer please email us at shiphappens@moonriversnaturals.com to resolve this issue.
OOPS! I need to change my shipping address. 
No worries!  Email us at shiphappens@moonriversnaturals.com as soon as possible to catch it before it goes out.
If it is to late you will be responsable for redirecting fees. 
If your order is returned due to wrong address you will be responsible for shipping fees again. 
How do I make a return?
Bummer! We're sorry you didn't love your order. The good news is that you have 30 days to return your product. Make sure to have your order number handy when you email us. We only accept returns from our web store and it must be within the 30 days of purchase. Email info@moonriversnaturals.com and we'll get a refund sent your way. **SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE** 
How long until I get my Refund? 
Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to process. 
 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

What is the shelf life of your products?
Since everything we make is all-natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives, our products do have a shelf life of 12-24 months. To stay their freshest, please keep products out of direct sunlight and at room temperature.
How do I test out your products before purchasing? 
We offer smaller versions of some of our favorites such as our blossom oil, beard oils, and face washes. We also include samples (when available) in our orders!
Will essential oils irritate my skin? 
We use essential oils (no fragrance oils), which are extremely beneficial for your skin BUT sometimes certain people's skin doesn't agree with certain essential oils. If irritation occurs please discontinue use immediately.
What skin types are your products ok for? 
Our products are good for all skin types. Some products were created for certain skin types in mind but they are all great on all skin types. Always test a small patch on your skin before applying all over to make sure irritation doesn't occur. 
Welp! My product melted... What should I do? 
We take pride in not shoving a bunch of additives into our products. Which means sometimes, if products get left out in the heat (i.e car) they may melt. I wouldn't let this happen over and over again bc the sun can zap some of the benefits out of the products but if it does melt, go a head and throw it in your fridge and let it chill up a bit. Give it a stir or shake and it should pop back into shape.
