About a month ago, I emailed customer support to request that they replace the mislabeled incense I received. I ordered 5 packages of Patchouli - Cedarwood but received Orange Ylang Ylang. The outside of the package reads Patchouli Cedarwood. I have ordered Orange before, so I know well what it smells like. Please follow up with me. I have also left a voice message. Thank you.
