Roller balls don't work, no full refund

None of the roller balls on the three perfumes worked. Not one. They offered to resend the trio but I decided I wanted a refund. They wouldn't cover the cost of the return shipping. Really poor form.

I received my order but none of the roller ball works on the product. I asked for a replacement and they said they would replace the product but I never got a confirmation email that they were intending to do so. So I haven’t gotten to use my new product.

What do I think about All The Vibes Oil Trio?

LOVE the scents, but none of the rollers actually work so I have to take them off and on just to get to the oils.

Joy in the tiniest of containers.

I'm not sure I can properly express how much joy each of these three scents brings me without far too many exclamation points. The Sleep blend is so delicate, the High and Good Vibes travel with me through the day for regular application, and I'm sending the Good Vibes off to my upcoming virtual retreat participants. You've got a new *big fan* here in Maine!
